This is the third Mini we have purchased from Westerly, the first was secondhand the second and third new and we have always experienced a friendly but professional service. Any queries are always dealt with promptly.

I am pleased with the service I receive but contacting the service desk to arrange the service is the only negative

Was not informed before my MOT that it would take 1.5 hours. If I had been informed of the waiting time, I would have arranged to drop it off and pick it up later in the day.

I took it in for a rattle, they didn't have anybody in to listen to it. I went back again, they still couldn't see it. so i booked it in again, they identified the problem in minutes and they said i had to book it in once again to have the work done.

The guys there are absolutely fabulous. Top marks! They have always been absolutely excellent. We get treated very well whenever we go. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have nothing but praise for them.
